VPS Obtained
Finally bit the bullet and upgraded my hosting to use a Virtual Private Server (using DEHE as my host) and have been having a lot of fun setting it up, thinking about what I can do with it, not to mention having 200G of transfer available. Been slowly moving all my hosted boards to it and working on setting up MUDs, BitTorrent hosting and all sorts of other creamy goodness.

/drool 200gig transfers… I love new toys!! And toys that serve a purpose too are even better.
It sounds really interesting. I might have to try this on for size.
Hey, what bandwidth are your borads, at present, pulling down per month? 2 gigs, 10? or even 1?

Was barely a gig, if I remember correctly. 200G is waaaay more than anything I’ll ever need. The main thing was to get root access to a “machine” on a 100Mbit connection to the backbone.
